Thank you for running an excellent program, especially in sticking to your standards and what YOU want the school to be. Sometimes it just breaks my heart when I see these people out on the board looking for work after they complete one of the fly-by-night courses and not getting anywhere. In case you're not already aware, national companies USUALLY require anywhere from 2-5 years experience before they will even look at you. The company that hired me issued a terminology test and a transcription test, and I did well on both. The office manager said that very rarely does the filter come off before a two-month trial is completed and NEVER has it come off for someone so new to transcription.
