How To Enroll

As part of our enrollment process, we have provided a screening test to help determine whether potential students have some of the skills necessary to succeed in this field. It isn't a definitive test,but it does help us guide students toward the right career choice.

Please note that we will not grade and return the entire test to you. We will provide an overview with general comments and recommendations. Tests with no name at the top of the message body will not be evaluated. Do NOT use reference books or materials. Please proofread your work carefully. It is necessary for applicants to pass this test prior to enrollment. Those who receive a failing grade may request an opportunity to retest after a three-month period of time.

Minimum 45 wpm required. Tests from applicants with less than 45 wpm will not be accepted.

Enrollment limited to citizens of the United States and Canada as well as US Military stationed overseas.

How to get started:

1) Complete the screening test http://www.transcription1.com/Newtest.html. Results of the screening test should be returned to you by email within 3 working days. Please note that if you use a spam blocker, or if your email account is full, you may not receive this email.

2) Send or call in your enrollment information. (405) 721-3560

When you have sent in your enrollment information and down payment, we will ship your Module I materials, including books/materials/step-by-step instructions. If you pay by a personal check, there will be a two-week delay. If it's a cashier's check or money order, we will ship as soon as we have received it. If you call with your credit card information, we can often ship that day.
